All the companies have bank accounts and the tax numbers for submitting a VAT return required by law. We convert business entities to optimize their operation and convert companies struggling with liquidity or with systematically meeting their obligations to creditors and banks. We buy shares in other companies, both in Poland and abroad. We also actively assist in selling companies.
We also represent companies fully. We offer help in opening bank accounts, obtaining funding in the form of a bank loan or a lease. We help apply for grants as well as benefit from other forms of financial aid available in the place of business.
