We have two newly registered ( LLC ) companies in Cyprus, which are ready to begin activity. The companies are entered into the required registers and have an appointed managing director and headquarters. Our companies are already accepted into the Commercial Register.

The price of the company includes the preparation of all of the documents necessary for registering a new shareholder and appointing new company management. Help in preparing the documents by the shareholder and board member in Poland, in accordance with the legal requirements for beneficial owners.

The price does not include the costs of opening a bank account in Cyprus, because each bank has their own requirements and collects additional fees for opening a bank account. We can arrange an appointment at the bank in order to open an account. We can also open an account for a Cyprus company in any EU country.
